I have a phone not registered under my name and forgot the PIN code to unlock it. Would you know how to unlock the pin for samsung galaxy Gio GT S5660v?

I would contact the owner of the phone, they should be able to enter the PIN, or select "Forgot PIN" and log into their google account they registered with the phone and reset the PIN code if they for got it.
