At&t Samsung sgh 1977 I took the phone from my son for inappropriate use he took his sim card out & has the pattern lock on how can I un lock it? He also won't give me his email information. Please help
 
Hi, welcome to AF.
You need to do a master reset or master clear, but i don't have a Samsung. Usually you click, on Settings, Privacy, then reset factory data. Hope this helps.
