hi i am marcos . I am try to unlock my HTC desire 510 from Boost Mobile .but when i but a an other carrier sim card the phone does not ask me a unlock code , because i already buy a unlock code from some web site , now i get a unlock code but i can not use it. now i search on Google , and found i can use an unlock software. Can somebody help me please!

all I can say is that when you bring a phone to Boost they do the leg work for you (they will get the phone to work with their network). Perhaps the customer service with you new carrier could help you out? Beyond that if there is anyone who can help they might need to know where you are trying to move your device to. They might have incompatible networks or something. For instance cricket and boost use different versions of the Desire 510.
