Verizon has them pre unlocked, however, you will likely only get EDGE since it does not have all the bands for UMTS or HSDPA, or LTE on GSM. Verizon knows people will buy their phone and take it to AT&T or T-mobile, so I hope you aren't disappointed. It's best to buy a T-mobile or AT&T S3. Try and get the T99L if you want T-mobile because it has LTE. The i747 also has LTE but you only get EDGE unless you do the 1700 AWS band hack on xda.
