Unlocked i747 sim not provisioned

WTF...phone was working fine on ST but they stopped providing data texts & mms. Just plunked down about $80 to switch to H2O & all I get is sim not provisioned.
Any clues what's this about? Im really frustrated. Running super user tb, so I know phone is unlocked.
Anyone? Anyone? Bueller? Bueller?

Could be the carrier, H2O, hasn't activated the SIM. Can you try it in another phone?

Hiya & thanks for the reply.
Put it in another phone and sim unlock password prompt comes up. Both phknes are unlocked, So no, dont think its activated just yet. Will be calling them in an hour for sure.

Got it up & running. Turns out they had some of my account info incorrect.
Now running ATT Samsung i747, unlocked on H2O.

I have a Samsung i747 AT&T unlocked with android 4.3. For some reason H2O or RedPocket doesn't work on this phone. I have a Claro SIM card and it works perfectly. Any clue?

Are you certain the phone has been properly unlocked. What's actually happening, getting an error message, you can't make calls? Also H2O and Red Pocket are US carriers, and Claro is in Peru I believe. Are you roaming?

I am in Puerto Rico. We have Claro as the biggest carrier for land lines, AT&T, T-Mobile, Sprint, Open Mobile.

It is a used phone from AT&T. When I got it I unlocked it myself with a code from AT&T using a Claro SIM.

With an H2O or RedPocket SIM it connect for a few minutes for call, SMS, INTERNET and then disconnect.

I tried by rooting it. I tried with other ROM. The ESN is not on the black list.

Absolutely certain it's not IMEI/ESN blacklisted? Was the AT&T contract that the phone was originally on completed or an ETF paid? So it's getting disconnected on two carriers but is OK on the Claro SIM. And the H2O and Red Pocket SIMs are OK in other phones? That does sound to me like it could be blacklisted.

I called AT&T and is not blacklisted. RedPocket and H2O works on other phones.
