I recently bought a unlocked lg eve gw620r that was on the Rogers network(Canadian) and am trying to put it on the Telus network and the phone has UMTS dual-band American 3G (850/1900 MHz) wich Telus supports.
However I can't seem to use the data(web) at all. I'm able to make and receive calls as well as text messages and I have changed the APN to suit Telus. I got the info from here.

I really like the phone and would hate to sell it and go through the process of finding and buying another phone.
