Unlocked LG Optimus G will NOT send mms, but I can receive them On MetroPCS

I recently purchased an Unlocked LG Optimus G E970 and I have it running on the MetroPCS network. I have not been able to send a MMS, but I am able to receive them. I use stock android messaging app, nothing is working. Please help. Its getting really annoying,

Bring the phone to MetroPCS and have them check it out. It's probably not the phone (since you can receive MMS, your APN settings are probably correct), but it could be an error in the provisioning of your account (which they can fix but you can't).

It could also be a physical problem with the phone, but the odds of winning the lottery are better.
