Help Unlocking by hard reset

Unlocking can mean a number of things. Can you give more detail?
 
Hi

If you mean unlocking your phone from a particular network which it is currently locked to, then no, a hard reset will not achieve this. Rooting the phone won't do this either, you need an unlock code.
