Hi,
I'm trying to unlock my old phone so I can sell it. I have filled out the form on the three website which requests the phones imei number. After a couple of days I received a text to call 333 as they require additional info. However, there is no option that I could find that allows me to provide this info, (whatever it is).
Can anyone help!?
