Unlocking

I need either a pin or my fingerprint to unlock my phone. Why is it when I have it in my pants pocket it is able to unlock and dial someone?

Is it unlocking completely, and what's it actually dialling, is it dialing emergency numbers, things like 999, 112, 911, 110, etc.?

it happened tonight, unlocked the phone and dialed a contact from a shortcut that I have on my home screen.

Do you have any nearby devices setup to unlock the phone? Like a lappy/PC?

No nearby devices, I was outside when it happened yesterday , it doesn't always call somebody, just unlocks for some reason. it's done it about a dozen times the past six months
