Found this posted over at XDA, downloading and gonna test now. This is an UNOFFICIAL CM9 ICS build.

I have this installed on my sonic (camera dosen't work) but with a few tweaks it works really well

If you look in about phone..... in setting it shows as android version 4.0.4
