Help Unrecognised indicator symbol

This indicator symbol briefly flashes on my screen every now and then, just for a second or so. I've checked through all my apps and cannot find anything that looks like it. I finally managed to get a screenshot today before it vanished. Can anyone tell me what it is?

Possibly voice mail, or if you where using your cell as a phone it does pop up like that.

Voice recording icon. I don't know if it has something to do with the voice memos or what, but it's listed as "record_voice"
