Help unresponsive screen

Hi,
I currently have a scroll elite 9.7 inch tablet and unexpectedly the screen decides to not respond even on a reboot. Every now and then it starts to work again but only for like 5 seconds. Any help would be appreciated as I cannot work it out

Had it happen on a phone of mine and ended up sending it back to China to get it fixed, but with the New Years Celebration going on who knows when I'll get it back, lol. Having said that, it could be the digitizer, so depending on how much the tablet cost you, you could look into having it fixed. Wish I could be of more help, but believe me had I found one I would have used it on my phone. Touch screens are usually hardware, and that's hard to fix on your own. Good luck, Vin.

Should get it back around beginning of March, hopefully, that's when everyone is back at work.

It's not like Thanksgiving or Christmas, which is only about 3 days, China Inc. is closed for 2 or 3 weeks.
