I rooted my RAZR a few days ago using Dan Rosenberg's method but now I need to unroot the device so I can send it back to Verizon. I have found ways to unroot it using DOOMLORD's program but nothing for the Rosenberg program. Help would be greatly appreciate or a link to where i can find how to fix it. Thanks!

I ended up using this post to roll mine back, then got OTA updates to the present version.

I used this utility to restore my rooted Razr back to factory. Couldnt be easier. Download it, run utility, plug phone in and type option 1 and it does all the rest! Took me about 10-15 min tops

Yeah it really is!!!!! My Razr was rooted on the OLD software for the Razr which caused me to have issues flashing some roms and what not so somebody on droidrzr.com recommended that utility to restore the phone to the newest software version which ultimately removed root(which I was fine with) and it worked like a charm! Once you plug your phone in the utility does ALL the work for you! Couldnt be easier!!

Option 4 says to unroot but only if rooted using Doomlords root method. Option 1 says "restore droid razr to 6.12.181" and require that i must to be in AP mode before continuing? Help anyone?

If your not certain which method you used to root, and need to restore, i recommend matts utility to restore.
To get into ap fastboot mode,
Turn off phone
Press and hold power, volume up, and volume down buttons together for 20 sec or so
Menu screen will pop up with some options.
To scroll use volume down button, to select use volume up button.
