Root Unrooted, still have SuperSU

I tried intuiting for warranty purposes and for the most part it looked like it worked - stock rom installed, the fastboot screen said everything was locked... But I still have the supersu app.

I'd assume that that would seem rather fishy, so what's the easiest way to remove it?

SuperSU, is usually installed/integrated as a system app and therefore will require more than just trying to manually delete the app.
You could try going in to the SuperSU app and open it up and then go to the SuperSU "Settings" and scroll down to near the bottom, their is a option "Full Unroot" (clean up for permanent unroot) and this should remove SuperSU and the installed binaries from the system.

Otherwise you could try a system remover app from the PlaySore.

Or you could flash one of the Nexus 5 Google Factory Images and completely restore the device to a factory state.

I forgot about bring able to uninstall using the app. I tried that but the icon is still there, and clicking on just brings up a force close popup
