Ya, nandroid restore with an unrooted image.

You could apply the new HTC Rogers Rom Update which will unroot.

However this update includes a new SPL which makes it harder to root again.

i tried both of your suggestions.. the rogers wiped files.. when i put the img files in my tools directory and try fastboot flash boot boot.img i get Failed <remote: signature verify fail... and when i try the update.. it doesnt recognize my phone.. ive seen a couple unroot guides on unlockr.com which require using an .nbh file.. any idea if theres one for our magic as the 2 on there are for G1 and mytouch
