Unsecured WiFi with Roku Box

We have a Netgear router that we use to stream to a Wii, Roku box, and two Samsung Epics. The Roku box would not connect unless we used unsecured WiFi. The technical support for Roku could not figure out how to get a secure connection. Netgear told us that it would cost $40 to get technical support. The Netgear router only costed $50! Might as well buy a new one for that price (free technical support for a limited time).

Anyone know how to get a secure Wifi connection with a Roku box?

Time Warner Cable come out and replaced my modem.

I've got their Turbo now (4 month free trial).

Reset my router and was able to secure my wifi and connect the Roku box.
