When I connect my phone (Galaxy S6 with Android 6.0.1 ) via USB cable to PC, the connection is not stable and it connects for some seconds and get disconnected and does this hundreds of times till the PC prevents by notification.
I have tried with different cables on different PCs it is the same.
I have enabled/disabled all developer options but no difference.
you think it is hardware problem ?

Try whY the above poster stated. Then check if when you're charging it if it does the same thing. If it charges then stops then charges. You have a bad USB charge port.

If you don't have a bad port. You may have to fdr. But only if no other fixes work.

It does not have any problem with charging, even in connecting to PC it starts charging but device recognition getiing connect/disconnect million times an a moment. I even changed all preferences of USB power management on PC still no difference

None of those should have any effect unless something you're running is calling for one of those disabled apps. Try enabling them all and use it for a day and see if it still happens
