Unsucessful Picture Message Downloads

Lately when I get picture messages for some reason I am not able to download them. At first I would click on it to download and it would download them sometimes it would say unsucessful download and allow me to download it a few days later. But recently I am not able to download any picture messages anymore. I always make sure I have the internet on and not a lot of apps running in the background. Has anyone else had this problem or ever heard of this happening? Any suggestions on what to do?
 
I have also had this same problem. I have tried restarting phone and nothing seems to work. Occasionally a pic will load. It is frustrating to have this sort of problem. I hope someone can help.
