How do I unsync FB contacts from my Samsung phone?

If you go into the Accounts section of your devices settings menu, you can delete your Facebook account there. That should remove all of the Facebook contacts. You might also be able to change the sync frequency to None, but I think that would just never update, not remove the contacts.
