I've gotten a bit paranoid about data usage since losing my UDP. I've noticed several times that applications start updating when I'm not on wireless. Yes, Play Store is set not to auto-update except on wireless. Doesn't matter. I got the last the Kit-kat update while riding in my carpool, blowing out my data plan for the month. Today, a magazine app started updating itself
