Help unversal lte fix not working in cyanogen 11

Hello, cactus here. Trying to run cyaogenmod 11 latest nightly for a boost mobile s3. Using Phil's v6, I clean to install new ROM, flash cyanogen LTE ...803 most recent nightly. Then pa gapps proper pico. Finally universal LTE fix v2 from official thread. Device boots up, gapps works properly, but no data outside WiFi. Tried every cyanogen release back to last snapshot, gapps full and pico for 4.4.4, and v1 and v2 of fix with no results. There is nothing in phone info for baseband and apn's list is empty. However the ROM for s3 LTE, singularity, works with built in fix perfectly. Fast LTE, ect. So I assume hardware is fine. Tried formatting everything in between flashes to no avail. Been fighting with this one for days before breaking down and asking the experts. Any help is appreciated. Thank you.

is it necessary to remove the assert lines from the d2lte builds and then resign ? i am trying this next

There is no need to mess with the assert lines for D2lte. Is your device the L710T( Tri band version)?

figured out in indeed was. i had to re-flash stock rom via oden to fix all i had done, but now i cannot install phils. oden installs phils without error but when i try to reboot to recovery i get this

Uncheck auto reboot in Odin. Once it completes and you get Pass, remove the battery to power off the device. Insert battery and boot into recovery.

thank you so much. learned everything about my filesystem through this mess. i might try building my own rom soon
