Help Unwanted photos keep appearing on my Android

[Android Question]

I have a Nexus 5. I keep getting an album appearing out of nowhere, full of pictures that seem to be from news items, newspapers and other media. I have to delete this almost daily.

I signed out of Google Plus, I don't have Picasa. I stopped backup of my own pictures to Google, I disabled the native Photo app, downloaded a 3rd party app - Gallery kk, but they are still appearing there. How do I stop them appearing?

Sorry - I should add that my Nexus has Android 5, Lollipop.
