Update added a Border around the blank S Note page

I've lost valuable S Note features that I used with every Samsung update! The last update added a space wasting BORDER around the blank pages when trying to write notes in S-Notes. The S-Notes are more useless with each update and that's why I bought the S Note phone.

I'm not seeing any border but my thumbnails on several notes are corrupted. I don't use the feature often so I'm not sure when that happened.
