Root Update Causing CWM Flash to Fail

It would appear that a recent OTA update has caused the recovery partition to be unable to hold a custom image even with the bootloader unlocked via moto. Is it just me having this issue, or can someone confirm this?

BTW: I was able to gain root access via the MotoFail2Go exploit located here.
