Update coming up, best Verizon phone?

I have an update coming with Verizon next month. However, I can only afford a phone that will cost me less than $100 with the upgrade. Right now I have the Galaxy Nexus and am looking at the Droid DNA and the Galaxy S3. Which of these phones would you all consider to be "better?" (at this point in technology, is it even really possible to tell the difference anymore?)

Or is there another phone that you all would consider to be a better buy? I am interested in the HTC One but I can only assume that will launch for around $200.

I have the Note 2 and am very satisfied with it. No issues at all.

But if I were in your shoes and had to make a selection between the DNA and the S3 I'd go to the store and handle them each for a long time, then decide.

As I read around the forums and reviews out there on the 'net I see the DNA as coming out on top most often.
