Doubt it. If they're not releasing Nougat, then more than 90% sure you're not getting any update in the future.

I found an update only for oppo (R11) I can't really remember what oppo phone is that, but it is said that there is a new version of color os, which is by the way oppo's own OS. The latest version TO BE released is color os 3.1 which supports android 7.1 Nougat.

Doesn't matter. Not all phones get updates. For example, on Samsung, only the Note, S, and A series are known to get updates. For J series, it's a hit or miss if you do get an update, but don't bother expecting.
