Help Update for Samsung Galaxy Grand Prime - Lollipop

This is a mid-range dual-SIM Samsung, that's not really mainstream. From what I know about them, possibly never. AFAIK Samsung don't provide Android upgrades for their low to mid-range phones, other than bug-fixes. You get what it comes with, and that's it. I've got a Samsung Galaxy Win Duos, bought it July 2013, came with ICS 4.1.2, and that received one bug-fix OTA, and that was it, no more recent Android versions for it. Only their existing and fairly recent high-end flagship devices may receive Lollipop, such as S5, and Note 3.
