Help Update Issue

This morning I got a notification about an update or something, when I clicked the notification I accidently hit the back button before I could read or do anything which closed it. I'm wondering if there is any way I can get that back. It's been about 3 hours since I got the notice, and I've tried turning wireless off and back on, and restarting the phone. If I goto check for updates in settings it says my phone is up to date. Any help on this would be awesome

sure it wasn't an update for an application? if you go to the my downloads list in the market you can see if any have been upgraded...
