Update issues

I have a Samsung Galaxy s6 5.0 lollipop, I am anxious to update to the 6.0 lollipop everyone I go to software update it says temporarily out of service. Is this normal or is this something to do with my carrier which is straight talk? It seems every body else (verizon,att,t-mobile etc...) has about gotten their update.
