update prob

hi,
i have updated my samsung galaxy tab 7.0 plus (p62000) from 3.2 honey comb to 4.0.4 ICS.
it succefully updated but few problem occured
1- bluetooth doesn't turn on
2- wifi doesn' scan
3 - when i connected to pc whith cable, the pc don't read it(i can't access to phone from pc ), i changed many pc and cable
4- when i enter to setting-software update - the screen appear no update available
i have updates with samsung Kies
if any one have an idea about the problem please writ a rply
