Update via smartswitch gives me Unsupported device

Hi
I just updated my S6 with smartswitch.
I dont know what happened. Now the S6 says Downloading Do not turn off target.
And smartswitch says unsupported device.

How do I resolve this without losing data?

Update: I restarted it, seems ok now. Weird!
