how am i update micromax ninja3(a57) android version?

If there is an update available, you will be able to see it by going into the software information in the "About" menu and checking for updates. If so you can download and install over WiFi.
If there is no update available, the only way is if you root the device and install a custom ROM, provided that somebody has made custom ROMs for that phone. Both rooting tools and ROMs are device-specific, so if you are interested in doing this (and not everyone is) you need to check what is available for your phone.
