Updated Phone, No Settings?!?!

So i updated my phone today and there is no settings. the setting button is gone and when i click the menu there is a button for setting next to notification but when i click it, nothing happens??

try turning off and pulling battery for 30 seconds and reinstall turn phone back on

I updated the phone (Droid) yesterday morning. I still had both exchange servers from work with all the contacts before lunch. By 4:30 in the afternoon I had no contacts on the phone, no connections to the exchange servers and have found the phone Locking me out (freezing) when trying to work on it. I will have to wait til Mon to talk with the IT guys but I'd think the Google contacts would show up.... that's the only email account left on the phone.
