updated software, sms no longer in groups

hi guys,

im really hoping someone can help me. I updated the software on the phone 2 days ago and since then text messages dont come under the same contact.

so for example, if i text person a and they reply it comes under 2 seperate threads rather than coming up in a conversation style. so instead of saying 2 texts in the thread it will show 2 separate threads with 1 message in each. very annoying.

it only happens for certain contacts and i cant seem to fix it.

Please help me!!
 
one of them is my brother. immediately before updating his texts were fine but immediately after this started. he hasnt changed anything in that time

and its also on both smspro and normal messaging
 
had the same prob a couple of days ago after upgrading to JB, two texts from the missus appeared as brand new threads, seems to have corrected itself now though as not had the issue since
