I am new to the Android world and need help. I updated my Zio to 2.2 using the instructions on th Cricket website and it it went through successfully. I have the 2.2 vrsion now. The problem is I can't do much else with the phone. When I try to open an app or even my contacts list, or anything else for that matter, it says there was an unexpected error and it pops up with a force close option. I can't even place a call. Does anyone know what causes this and how I can fix it?
