Help Updated to lollipop and now every time I connect to a wireless network I have to restart!

I recently updated to lollipop (biggest mistake), every time I disconnect from any wifi network even for seconds I have to restart my phone to connect again!
didn't find any solution online.
Can I get back to kitkat without rooting?
this will be my last samsung phone so pissed right now.

What is the model number of your phone and who is your provider?

without knowing the exact device, and the carrier you are using, we can't be of much help,.

Verizon and AT&T have installed a block on rooting, or backing up to prior OS versions.
