updates made typing worse

Im finding this issue hard to explain, but in basic terms, as i type using the swipe action the words do come up on the screen. But the capitals at the beginning are missing and it adds the last word i used in the previous message at the beginning of the next reply message. Then if a mistake is made on a word for example and you touch over the word to change the spelling for example, the line under the word doesnt come up. So you try to update the spelling manually, and it adds in the last word you typed in your previous message into the middle of the word. When you try to delete it, it deletes everything. Very frustrated trying to type messages when the Capitals dont work and the spelling update is disabled and words just turn up wherever they like. Please help as i dont want to download it again as ive got a good skin. Cheers

I'm afraid you haven't said which keyboard app you are using - there are a lot which have swipe-style typing.

Can you not just save the skin? Then you can use the apps menu to clear data for the keyboard app and see whether it is any better. On most keyboards skins are either part of the app or separate apps, neither of which would be lost if you just cleared data (you'd just have to select them again). Apologies if the particular app you are using is different in this respect.
