Help UpdateWorker Complete Message

I have been getting this annoying message on my Sony Xperia C4 and Lenovo tablet.
With recent update activity, I started getting this following message:

UpdateWorker Complete

It comes up randomly every 30 seconds to a minute. How do I turn it off?

I have the same problem. It is driving me nuts. I have tried disabling notifications everywhere I have access (Google, settings, apps), to no avail. WTF?
