I have a Samsung galaxy s6 that I want to upgrade to Android 7 it is the sm-g920 model and when I search for updates in about phone it says my phone is up to date even though it is running 5.1. How do I get it to update.
If the phone came from a carrier like ATT then all you have to do is put an att Sim into the phone and it will find the update. So do this for whichever carrier you have.
