Help Updating Android OS on Sony P Tablet

[Android Question]

I have a Sony P Tablet Model SGPT21 which has Android 3.2.1 installed (Honeycomb).
I want to update it. I have tried the About Tablet -System Update and this is not installing the updates.
Can anyone help me please

By the looks of things, the tab received the 4.0 upgrade. Have you tried using Sony's PC Companion to update? That sometimes works if the OTA doesn't.

If that fails, your only option is rooting and a custom ROM (if there are ROMs available).

I had a Sony tablet too and it worked for me too.
