Updating groups in GroupU?

I use Contacts GroupU to allow me to send a group email, but I notice that changes I make on the desktop to the groups don't show up on the app. Is there a way to sync the two together after the initial setup?

I haven't found that to be the case with me. Do you have background sync turned on?

I don't see background sync in the app. Are you talking about that or the background sync for Android in general? If the latter, it is on.
