Yesterday I got verizon to agree to let me upgrade early, and the Rep put it in the system for me. I call today just to make sure its there. It is, it say is require manager approval.
My question is, Can I go in the coporate store and they will be able to see that or will I have to call customer service again to get them to apply it? Thx
