Upgrade Price?

I know that the phone will be 200 dollars if you get the phone with a new 2 year contract but how much will it be for the people that are just upgrading?
 
I will be upgrading my phone to this phone when it comes out and you have to extend your contract for 2 years in order to get this "supposed" $200 price. I spoke with T-Mobile yesterday and they wouldn't confirm any prices yet.
