Hello and welcome aboard. There might be one of two possibilities of getting this done:
1.) If your device has already gotten that version of Android (ICS). You can check to see if your device is ready to be updated to that version.
2.) You can find out (inside your device's support "root" forum) if there is an ICS ROM available for your device. In order to get this ROM onto your device, you would have to "Modify / Root the device". Rooting instructions can be found inside your device's root forum.
Note: Keep in mind that rooting voids your device warranty.
