I just upgraded to a Razr on 02/03/12 and hate it, can I return lt and go back to my old phone and get the upgrade back to use at another time or have I lost it.

I believe you can get the upgrade available again if there is no other phones you would want to try out at this time.

You get 14 days to return the phone. You'll get charged a restocking fee ($30 I think?) but you get to chose a new phone, or get the upgrade back and wait for a new one.

Just curious, but I see you had a Droid "X" previously. I have that phone too, and think it's great phone as you must have also. But.....

What was it that the RAZR did or didn't do that you hate?

Good luck whatever you do,

It runs hot have had unwanted reboots, looses all signal and have to reboot, sometimes cant use the phone as a phone no sound proly just a bad phone but dont want to take a chance on a new one.

FYI - there's a new OTA update that is being pushed out nationally right now. Supposedly, it's going to be out to everyone by 2/13 ("Kyle" at my local VZW store confirmed the rumor I heard, too). I believe the OTA is solving a lot of the connection issues & reboots.

Sounds like a bad/lemon phone. The razr is the best device I have ever owned.

That update as far as my phone totally wonked it.It is now Verizon's phone I'm back on my X and wonk free.I will play the wait and see game. Some of my problem is I'm in a signal challenged area with no 4g within 20mile's and like I said my 3g signal is low. The X handles it better.
