Hi I have Sony Ericsson Xperia Neo V which has Android version 4.0.4 , now can I upgrade it to 4.1 jelly bean , and how ?

If there is an official update available you will be able to see it if you go into the Software Updates menu (which is in "About" on my HTC) and check for updates. If there is, just click the button to download and install (WiFi recommended, as it would be a large one).
If there is no official JB update, the other option would be to "root" the phone and install a custom ROM based on Jelly Bean. You can find more information about this in our Xperia Neo V All Things Root forum.
