Upgraded to 4.3 and no lock screen widgets. I can add widgets only when disable the pattern lock. Is there a way to get lockscreen widgets with security?
 
No. Thats the point of having security. So that noone messes with your phone.
Id try locker master (find it in google play)
That is more customizable and you can access apps easily without having to unlock your phone.
