upgrading s3 to s4

Hi all, how do I clone all my setting exactly how they are to my new s4? I mean all short cuts and folders on the home screens etc. Is there a program on the play store?

Look into the app called Helium. Also, if you use a launcher such as Nova, it will backup its home screens and settings.
