You may be able to get one but it is doubtful. You are eligible for an upgrade after 20 months of service IIRC. I don't suggest doing this but if you really want another phone you can open another line on your account and use it to get the phone you want then switch that phone to your current line. I think from that point you can activate a dumbphone on the second line and just pay an extra $10 monthly for it, that line will be locked in contract for 2 years and if you want to leave VZW for some reason after your current line expires you would owe an ETF or need to make it a primary line for the remainder of it's contract.
You can also pay full retail for a phone, or buy one used on eBay or Craigslist and use it on your single line. Make sure the ESN is valid when purchasing used! Bad ESN will NEVER be activated on a Verizon line.
